Teacher Dawn Quarels thought she was simply encouraging civic duty by registering students at her Pace, FL high school to vote. That was before she received a surprise citation for voter fraud. Under a new Florida state law, third-party voters must register within 48 hours, as opposed to the previous 10-day deadline. Unaware of the new law, Quarels failed to meet the 48-hour cut-off, earning herself a $1,000 fine.

Quarels was accused of luring innocent children to vote and participating in fraud acts that occur only 0.00004% of the time. In this segment of "People Who Are Destroying America," Stephen takes a look at just how involved high school teachers are in their pupils' personal choices. Watch as Quarels' own students explain her insatiable desire to "start them out young" so they'll vote for the rest of their lives.
